You most likely accidentally skipped purchasing VIP which is why you don't have a zoom link. A Platinum ticket is an upgrade from VIP.
A VIP ticket is what allows you to have access to the zoom link. This is an upgrade of $200 from general admission. You can do that HERE for a total of $297
Platinum is an add on if you will to VIP. Platinum pass allows you to asked questions in the VIP zoom. That is an additional $300 beyond the VIP ticket for a total of $597.
You most likely had a general admission ticket and then went straight to platinum. Platinum is only good if you have a VIP ticket. We can do one of two things.
We can refund you the $300 so you can purchase a VIP upgrade.
Or if you would like to stay as a platinum level, we would just need you to purchase the VIP ticket HERE.
